Most of the recipes in this book are easy to follow and make. There was nothing “wierd” but still was able to mix up my old stand-bys and bring life to my boring regular menu. A great little collection of recipes. Also enjoyed trying new grains – quinoa is a new favorite!

I really liked this cookbook because it is hard to find a good diet cookbook that is vegetarian. There are tips throughout the book on weight loss and the recipes are tasty. this WW cookbook, it gives you the breakdown on nutrition information to help with managing daily caloric intake.
