Very easy to understand the points. I would recommend this book for those that want to stay with in there point range.
This is a good cookbook for the older weight watchers program. It does not have the blue, green and purple smart points in it that weight watchers uses today. I use this cookbook every week. There are a ton of different recipes and it is up to date with the new smart points. Very happy with this purchase, I also ordered one for my mother.
